tempature and fuel gauge problem 200 1993

anyone know how to test the voltage stabilizer. I just boought one form the local supplier, installed it and still no luck with the fuel gauge, tempature gauge moves but does register correctly.(temp gauge did that before part was installed.

posting from Scroch on 1/16/04 said a test was available but i haven't had any luck finding it in the archive.
