It is not a crucial event but ever since I changed my orange back signal lights I noticed that two lightes on the back panel never light up. I changed the bulbs, checked the wiring, even pressed any buttons on the control panel to get them lit up but they never did. Someone told me they didn't lit up because I didn't had fog lights... but.... this lights are on the back of the car How can not having fog lights affect them?

How can I get them lit up? Change their wiriing to the stop light wire? I would really like them to light up whenever I stop?
