Modification to extend timming belt on 92 960, how can I tell if it's been done?

I read that under warranty there was a modification to extend the life of the T belt from 20K to 30K, how can I tell form a visual check that it's been done on mine? aparently some kind of damper to minimize vibrations. Assuming this was only in the 92 model, Does mine have it.
