V15 cam install...valve job or just slap this beast in??? 200

Hey all,
So I've had this cam for months now (a crime I know) and I'm finally getting ready to slap this thing in the B230 and get rid of the M but wondering if I should have a valve job done first? With the larger diameter exhaust I've noticed some loss of low-end power and now it's time to get that cam in there. Once the cam is in I plan on advancing the timing with a cam-gear 3 degrees. Brick is approaching the 150K mark and I think I'm hearing some faint piston slap but aside from that she's running very well. I was thinking of replacing the head gasket if the head is taken off for a valve job. Or should I just adjust to spec and be done with it?? Basically would it make sense to do a 5-angle valve job with the new cam?

Best,
-Adam
