Rear-end wags when going over bumps

This is more noticeable at highway speeds.

Feels like somebody is pushing one corner to the side and the car bouncing back.

Bad bushing or bearing in the car's bum? Anybody know specifics and repair costs (I don't trust myself messing with the suspension).
