pssshhh sound when igntion key is turn to on position 200 1989

Hello,

Just curious...

I have replaced my 561 ECU with a 951 -- both work fine.
However with the 951 I am now getting a 2 to 3 second pssshhh sound under the hood (air sound, something getting under pressure)when I turn my ignition key in the on position, before I even crank the engine.

What is this sound? How come I never got it with the 561 ECU?
Anything I should worry about?
