I have a small problem... A couple of people of late have rammed the passenger front door a tad too hard it seems. The motor for the power window has sort of quit on me. I opened up the door and removed the motor to find out that it was only spinning one way (window down), however, I found that when I switched the leads around, the motor spinned the other way (up). What can I do? Is the motor finished, or can we still salvage this little beauty?

Also, if the answer is no, can we switch the motor from the rear - rarely used window to the front - is it compatible (I thought I would save my self the trouble of ripping the door panel off the rear just to find out it's not).

Any help would really be appreciated.
