sunroof seal... any ideas for an inexpensive source? 700 1987

this sunroof is getting to be a royal ... you know what.

great ideas about the headliner replacement - thanks ...

got the motor off of eBay...

now it's clearly in need of a new seal... but it seems like $70 is too much for a piece of rubber!

has anyone found an inexpensive solution to this one?
