small tach light wire question. I can't figure out how to hook it up 200

I can't figure out of how to hookup my light wire for my small tachometer???
any suggestions?

I can't seem to be able to access behind the dimmer/lights area and i'm not sure if i can hookup the light to the high beam switch???
