WasteGate Actuator Parameters

Hi all

My Actuator (receives signal from manifold?) sits on the top front and unbolts.
I have added a vac/boost guage and only seem to have fewer than 5
it seems more

Vaccume leak

or should i try to diagnose the Actuator?
