Large Tach Question 200

Hello Everyone,

Purchased a large tach on ebay awhile back and just getting around to installing it. The only parts I received are the face, the coil housing attached to the back, and four aluminum pins sticking out. These pins do not appear to be electrical connections, but I could be wrong. There is no writing on the housing except a handwritten number "92". Am I missing another part?
