Torquing Rear Control Arm Bushing Nut After Installing New Bushings 200

After replacing control arm bushings,Bentley says to tighten the control arm rear bushing nut to 40 lbs. after the car has been rolled and bounced with wheels on the ground. This step is after the three bolts holding the bracket have been torqued to 30 lbs. Can that rear bushing nut be accessed readily with a torque wrench? When I was under there last, it didn't look like it could be reached. Am I missing something here?
