knock sensor clean,junk yardor 70 bucks? 200

dear bricksters, my 88 240 wagon didn't pass emissions
and has a little hitch upon aceleration using the faq's
i think it may be the knock sensor.any idea's ?
if junkyard is your suggestion what size wrench shall i
buy it look's bigger that any thing i have.
