Heating - A/C System Blower Motor Squeal 200 1990

Anyone have advice on replacing the blower motor on my 240. My Chilton book seems to have a pretty good description, but I'm looking for any tips that might make the job easier. The squeal is only noticable at the lower speed settings. Thanks.
