Bumper Paint vs. Dye 700

My bumpers are stained and oxidized to the point that Black Again and Back to Black just don't work. Does anyone have any experience with "Forever Black", a bumper dye? IPD sells it and it looks much much easier to use than a bumper paint because it goes on with a foam applicator rather than being sprayed on like a paint.

Anyone use either?
