Rough idle, everything checked (IAC, Throttle body, etc.) 200 1987

Lately, the car's had a bit of a rough idle, and the surging usually associated with a dirty IAC valve. Only problem is, i just cleaned the IAC valve, and cleaned and adjusted the throttle body a few months ago. What else could be the culprit? Could it be clogged fuel injectors?
