Why are 240 windows so slow? 200

Why are the power windows in 240's so freaking slow? Going through drivethroughs in the rain... it is torture cause the windows take maybe 10 seconds to go from all the way down to all the way up. (maybe 5-7 sec.. still torture) This is insane compared to 740 or 850 windows since they can go up and down in that time, or like 2-3 sec for all the way up or all the way down.

Are there any ways to improve this?
