Before i rip that turbo off the car im in need of an opinion here
I put the engine in myself, PO overheated car to the extent of melting the #1, While i was rebuilding the engine i cleaned out the oil catcher, not extremly well but i did attempt to clean it and had free flow ait through it.
Currently the car run's great with these exceptions
Oil in the water NO WATER IN OIL
Small puff of what look's like oil burning when turbo is engaged
Possible pressure build up in oil line's i keep having a leak on the oil cooler line's where the meet the filter ( this may be unrelated )
No visiable smoke from car at idle or during normall operation, i only knew it was smokeing because my wife said when i took off like a bat outta hell she saw a puff of somke, turbo blades are not hitting the outside wall's and the turbo spin's up great when in use.
So heres whats been done
New headgasket
New Valve Gasket
New FPR
Checked Timeing,
New Dist including cap and rotor
So all in all do i have good reason here to pull that turbo off and rebuild it?
