Turn signal lense 200 1993

Does anyone know from where I can get the Euro style front turn signal lenses for a '91-93 Volvo 240 Wagon. They are white and yellow like the ones on page 5 of the recent IPD catalog on the blue '92. They aren't in the IPD catalog.
