Tailpipe after muffler bangs 200 1989

Fellow bricksters good day,

Both motor mounts and the transmission mount just replaced -- much improved drivability all around. Almost no vibration in my stick shift when the car is idling. No more banging in rear of car when engine is turned on.

(1)TAILPIPE banging
However when the car is in first gear when it starts moving from a deadstop I get a shudder and the tailpipe after the mufler bangs against the little plastic trim that is below the bumper and the metal that is behind this plastic trim -- unless I release the clutch really very s-l-o-w-l-y.

The muffler is a starla and it has all its rubber hangers there, as far as I can see it is hanging properly, with enough clerance everywhere.

What to do?

(2) STICKSHIFT vibrates and moves
Regarding the minor vibration I still get in my stick shift (vibration from the engine idling being transmitted to stick shift)when the car is idling even before I start moving, where can this be coming from? Crankshaft damper needs to be replaced?

I also can see my stick shift move quite a bit when car is in motion and the pavement is rough, is that "normal"?

Thank you.
