Source for Garrett Turbo CBV check valve (AKA delay valve) 700 1989

Looking for a source to purchase a new check valve (AKA delay valve - red/grey valve connecting the vacuum tubing from the CBV to the intake with my garrett turbo). I've searched and can seem to find a good online source. My dealer contends it's not a Volvo part. Any help would be greatly appreciated....
