New owner of 740T with questions. 700 1990

Hello everyone. I'm a proud new owner of a 1990 740T. I have some questions that I would be happy to to have answered by the fine people here. I do have some Volvo experience due to owning an '87 760T that I sank about $2k (mostly transmission/engine work) into right after my old man handed it down to me. It ran great for a year until the front end had issues that would cost close to $1,000 plus the fact that the electrical system has gone a bit crazy, so now she's on eBay motors.

Back to the present, I found this black 740T from a private party. It has been very well taken care of. Mods I can see: (don't know much about cars) all chrome removed and painted over in black, small spoiler that really finishes the look of the car and pioneer "premier" cd deck. Previous owner also claims to have replaced front speakers. He didn't say anything about Turbo+ but in the documentation folder I found installation instructions/manual for Turbo+. From searching here I got a good grasp on what the mod does. Now, how does this mod affect how I should drive/maintain the car?

How does it interact with the OD button on the shifter? Everything felt great up at ~90mph on a straight-away today with the OD button pushed in.

I also noticed from markings under the hood that would indicate this is a 744, everything else on/with the car says 740. What's the difference?

Any driving/maintenance tips are greatly appreciated. One last question, what grade of gas should I be putting in this car and what if any additives?

Thanks!

CA
