upper chassis braces. . .worth the $43? 200 1987

I just finally got the IPD mailer and saw the chassis braces and air vent covers on sale. I want to get the air vent cover to keep the stupid pine needles out of the vents. I'm not too worried about that part. I'm just curious if the upper chassis braces are worth the money. I've already upgraded to ipd sway bars.
