Bilstein touring class 200 1989

Thinking of getting a set of 4 from shox.com, listed at 169 USD.

Any thoughts on these? Do you like them? Stiffer than OEM?

I want to have a shop put in the front for sure as I don't want to mess with springs.

My understanding is that rear is easier. I may want to takle the rear. Which tools are needed for the rear?

Thanks Bricksters.
