Has anybody fixed a leaky Garrett T3 oil return line (leaky at the engine block) without loosening the entire torbo to make "wiggle room" for getting that pipe in/out?

It's on a 1989 740 turbo, B230FT.

I realy don't have any other reason to pull the turbo off the engine, if I don't have to for this leak.
