hard start 200

My 80 240 is hard to start in the morning, after sitting all night. No vac.leaks, new wires, rotor, cap, plugs, air filter, fuel filter; etc. After it warms up for a while it runs great like a scared rabbit. Some times I have to use the starting fluid spray in the manifold to get it going.Ideas?! Help!
