where is the evaporator drain hose/site under the car? 200 1992

my a/c is suboptimally blowing cool air from the vents. The compressor clutch is engaging and the line going into the firewall from the dryer is ice cold with condesation on the outside. no water is dripping from the bottom of the car. I put in on ramps and couldn't fine where the drip site is to be. also there is no wetness on the floor. Where do I find the drain hose/site? I believe I have a properly pressurized system needing the evaporator cleaned? any help is appreciated before I send the car to someone to diagnose and fix it.
