I'm considering replacing the water pump in my '90 240 wagon. Are any of the widely available brands preferred? I've seen Hepu, GMB, and Graf.

Also, how much should the fan clutch slip when it's warm? Mine definitely spins the fan vigorously, but a piece of cardboard stuck into the fan blades will still stop the fan.
