I found some Turbo wheels today. What size tire came on these wheels from the factory?

Also, any ideas about non-stock tire sizes would be appreciated. I'll be buying tires soon and want to get the best wheel/tire combination for a solid but not too harsh ride.

Regarding the wheels themselves, is bead blasting and powder coating the best way to go to restore them. Any idea what I should expect to pay to have this done to the set of four? On one of them it looks like the clearcoat is peeling off.
