I need to replace the front pipe in my cars exhaust system, the one between the exhaust manifold and the cat. I consulted the bentley manual, and it seems that I could do it myself, although I am still a little intimidated. Have any DIY guys here ever done this? Is there welding required? I'd like to save some cash, but not at the expense of making myself nuts...thanks to all.
