no start after refueling....H2O in the gas?

howdy,
okay so i pull into the gas station with my '94 960 round 10ish, running just fine and put on a full tank (18.75ish gallons) and i hop back into my car and start it and it ran VERY rough just above stalling, not liking that one bit i turn it off.
and try to re-start it again and all i get is it turning over.

no previous problems it was running fine. it's been rather nice here lately 80-85 degress and i'am in arkansas so its all ways humid....soooo maybe 10'clock at night vapor lock?
now when i crank it it will stumble just once or twice in a 10sec span but nothing near starting.
after reading a few posts...water in the lines? sensor needing re-seting? uber-expensive thingamajig? i checked all my fuses and their fine
sooooooo i'am a little be peeved.....like thanks for just stopping all of a sudden car really appreciate it.
