Mag wheels for 740/940 900 1994

I'm looking at getting some mag wheels for my 940
I can't afford new ones, so I'm looking around at options as regards used ones.
What other makes of car use the same 5 stud pattern as Volvos ?
Any preference between 15" and 16" mags ?
Most Volvos with alloys I've seen seem to run with 16" alloys and lower profile tyres.

I've seen a 740 being parted out with a set of 15" ROH brand mags that look quite nice - these have 195/60 tyres fitted, so slightly smaller overall diameter from the standard wheels using 195/65 R15 tyres. Just because they're fitted to the car doesn't necessarily mean they are the correct thing however.
How do I check for rim offset, or does it matter if the offset is slightly different from standard ?
