Power Steering Rack Leak 200 1985

Hi All,
I have a major fluid leak at the steering box side of the rack.

The old girl(my car, not my wife) has done lots of miles and some time back I replaced the seal in the opposite end of the rack. This leak is on the steering box side and it looks to me like unlike my previous repair where i could withdraw the worn seal, I have to undo everything on that side and withdraw the rack from that side. Is this the case or can i get at the seal from the box end of the rack?

All advice appreciated.
