I ordered after market Graf water pump for Volvo. It had pump, gaskets, and mounting nuts. As I compare the old pump and the new, I notice that my old pump had 4 double sided threaded studs. (the std has thread in both side, one side to screw into pully, and other side used to mount the fan clutch) I tried to remove them but, ended up stripping all the threaded off the stud.

I went to the dealer this morning, order 4 studs($1.70 each!). They tole me that they order parts only once in a week (every Tuesday) and gets parts the week after(Wed) and I can pick up the parts on day after (Thursday) That is 9 Days for waiting stinking 4 studs!!!

I ended up paying extra $10 to use express service to get then here tomorrow afternoon.

Is every volvo dealer like this? Last time I went there to get few gaskets for fuel filter change, they charge me $1.80 (I needed 4) for each gasket. How much did you guys pay for fuel filter gasket? is this dealer total $tealer?
