Changing timing belt and accessory drive belt... so what else should I do at the same time? S90-V90 1998

1998 V90 with 71,600 miles. Getting its first new timing belt on Monday. Obviously I should replace the accessory drive belt at the same time, but what else?

Should the timing belt tensioner automatically be replaced every time the belt is replaced or are these good till 140K when the second belt goes on?

Front seal is not leaking so I'm not worried about that. Anything else that should be done while they're in there???

Thanks.
