Center Armrest Installation Question 200

Just got a 240 center armrest. Came with bolts for the bottom hole on the arms. However, there is a small hole on each arm above the large bottom one. What goes here? There was no hardware and it looks as if there has been some friction or rubbing on the inside of the arm. I'm not with the car now so it may be self-explanatory once I get home. Any one know what these holes are for?
