Fuse problem that's not a fuse 200 1990

The battery on my 240 wagon died yesterday (I left my phone plugged in the lighter to charge and forgot about it). After my jump, both the radio and cigarette lighter didin't work. No problem, I thought. They're both on the same fuse, so I replaced it. No juice to either, still. ????
