O2 and Knock Sensor Please Help

Got an O2 sensor OBD II code a few months ago. Cleared it and it did not return. Then got a Knock Sensore code a month or so ago. Cleared it and CE light is back on and engine is losing power and poor acceleration. From reading FAQs it sounds like the knock sensor is bad. Would you concur? Will a bad O2 sensor cause loss of power and acceleration also?
