Did any 940's have a full Ind Rear Sus and Ltd Slip? ... 900

I have been told many mixed opinions about this subject. I'm looking for a 940 but I have not seen these options listed and the sellers don't seem to know. So, I do not want to buy a 940 that does not have these features if there were 940's that did have them - capish?
