torque specs for header to manifold 200

Hello all! I have looked for specs on how tight to torque the bolts connecting the exhaust manifold to the header to no avail. Is it just snug, or can I really dig in? Which is the least likely to cause leaks? Is there a real risk of breaking the heads off the bolt? I'm trying to eliminate a leak, and as long as I'm fiddling so much, I would like to know the right way to do it. --Stuart Baker
