Bumper Paint Recommendations - '80 242GT 200 1980

1980 242GT with the commando bumpers.

The bumpers and rubber trim on my 242GT are all faded and discolored, I recently pulled much nicer trim (all associated rubber around the bumper) from a wreck but need to re-paint the actual bumper.

Does anyone know:
a) How black the GT bumpers were in original condition?
b) A good/professional paint brand that will last?

Also, the car originally had the silver stripes around the bumper. Were these painted on or some sort of deal?
