Trunk Lid hinge adjustment 700

The trunk lid on the drivers side of the 89 740 GLE I recently bought is about 1/2 inch higher then the other side. It doesn't even hit the rubber seal. I have found where the hinge attaches to the car inside by the rear window post with a 7mm key. Does anybody know if there is any adjustment to be made here. If not where??
