Finally figured out that noise, 245 200

It was a single click inside the dash on a perfect interval of several seconds, no matter how fast I was driving, any engine speed, any condition.

Hey, even if the harness to the rear wiper is broken, the relay will still run if the switch is pushed to mist.

I had a good laugh.
