how can i tell without any kind of tools if this rely is good still? 700 1991

is there a way to tell if just by looking i mean if a fuel pump relay is not working properly? i have no way of testing it to see if its bad so what should i do? i have NO MONEY AT ALL i swear we dont have 5 dallors to our names and no one i know would be able to buy us one or willing. I opened it up and everything looked fine nothing looked out of place or cracked or broken. theres a small shop around the corner from my house but its shady and they would proubly try to stick me with some five or ten dallor fee just to check and see if it works.


so the question is WITHOUT any tools or anyway to test it how can you tell just by looking at it that its bad?
