Ok,,,Now I'm Really Mad...245 Demon car WON'T RUN!!!!!!!!!!!! 200

Hey guys.....I am a bit perplexed with my 91 245 AGAIN...I will try to make this post as short as possible. My 245 has NO power and is drinking gas.
These are things that have been checked/changed.
1.) Checked AMM burn off...passed..Unplug and it runs even more rich
2.) Installed new fuel pressure regulator
3.) Installed new coolant temp sensor- (Not temp gauge sending unit at front of block)
4.) Installed new Bosch cap and rotor, Bougicord Plug and coil wires
5.) New Bosch Platinum Plugs
6.) New timing Belt and tensioner
7.) Checked ALL ECU grounds, resistances and voltages listed in electrical section of Bentley manual.ECU rebuilt and upgraded by Programa
8.) New Air filter
9.) Cleaned Throttle Body and Adjusted TPS to spec in Bentley manual
10.) Checked Coil resistance/output-Passed. Good Sapark at plugs.
11.) Checked for vacuum routing/leaks-all seem normal
12.) New RPM/Crank Position Sensor
13. Cleaned and checked IAC valve- passed -(piston opened and closed with 12v applied)
14.) New Bosch O2 Sensor

No fault codes as of yet....I am stumped,,,thought it was due to the ECu being bad...it was...now it's still running like hammered shi#...Could it be the frequency Valve???I have yet to check this.....

Any Ideas.....other than a dynamite cap in the engine bay??
I really need to resolve this as it has been down for 2 months...and I'm stuck as this is my only car...
