No headlights or tail lights, everything else fine 200 1992

When I got in the car to drive home tonight, neither the headlights nor tail lights would come on. Parking lights are on and everything else seems to be working. I did a quick check of the fuses and they all seemed fine. I don't normally drive at night so it's possible they've not come on for some time. Any ideas? Thanks.
