front wheel bearings 120-130

Replacing front wheel bearings on my 122. There are 3 pieces, a small bearng (labeled YN M12649), a large bearing (labeled YT LM48548), and a round metal "cap" which I believe fits over the outer bearing.

I no longer have the cup or cap or whatever it's called, so I don't know what part to order from the bearing supply company. Does anybody know what letters or #'s are stamped on this piece?
