Let's get this car started 200 1988

I am having problems starting my car in the mornings and after a long stretch without running. It will turn over but cut out quickly. The more time I start it the longer it idles without cutting out. Even after I get it running it still will hesitate until it reaches normal running temp. Please help me resolve this problem.

PS. This site is a real important resource for our people.
