anything i should know about a '92 GL sedan? 200

Looking at a '92 244GL, is there anything i should know about it? Any problems specific to the newer 240's? I drive an '88 DL, so i don't know much about the ABS, that kind of thing. Thanks in advance for the help. By the way, i found a loophole so i can keep my '88 as well. It's going to become a "parts car" if you know what i mean. A perfectly functioning parts car. And of course, it'll have to get driven, to keep the engine working and all.
