trailer hitch bolts 200

Seems I can't find bolts for my factory trailer hitch (2", for 200's). I need 14m X 2.0 X120mm. Volvo claims I have to buy the hitch in order to get the bolts, they don't have bolts as a seperate item. Hardware stores have the bolts, but the threaded part to shank isn't long enough. I checked out several on line metal fastner sites...no go. I know they are out there....just having a time finding them. Would appreciate any input.
